Looking for individual or family vision insurance?  Take a look at Vision Care Direct (VCD).  This is a vision plan that covers yearly vision examinations, glasses and contact lenses.  Vision Care Direct lets you, the patient, choose the level of plan that is right for you.  Often, patients find that their medical health insurance does not cover vision benefits such as glasses and/or contact lenses.  VCD can be a useful supplement to already existing coverage.
